(hereafter “site”), as a service to our users and visitors (our site and such services, collectively, our “services”). by using this site, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms of use (“terms”), whether or not you become a registered user of the services. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using this site. Failure to use this site in accordance with the following terms of use may subject you to severe civil and criminal penalties. We reserve the right to modify these terms or policies relating to the services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these terms on the site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. By using this site, you agree that the posting of new or revised terms and conditions on the site will constitute adequate and constructive notice to you of any and all revisions and changes. USE OF SITE. The Site may not be used for any reason other than (1) for renters to book, view or make legitimate inquiries to owners regarding interest in their particular vacation rental properties (“property”), (2) for owners to list their property, respond to legitimate inquires from potential renters, and book their property for rent (collectively, the “Service”), and (3) any additional services IN may wish to provide in the future, including any travel related services.

IN assumes no responsibility and in no way warrants the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published here. Not all IN ads are created directly by the property owners, some IN advertisers are acting as agents or managers for the owners.

IN is not responsible for the refund or cancellation policy of any property advertised on this web site. Each property sets and maintains its own refund and/or cancellation policy. Renters should inquire about, and request in writing, the refund and/or cancellation policy for each and every property that they intend to rent. Renters and advertisers understand that IN is in no way responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

IN does not guarantee that this web site will be available 100% of the time. Although every effort is used to maintain continuous availability, IN shall not be liable for any loss resulting from interruption of service. User access to all or part of this site may be blocked, terminated, or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.

AD AND PHOTO CONTENT Content, photos, and any text displayed on any property listing form/page/field, must contain the required information directly related to that individual unique property listing identified by the property address. Any text description or additional information, property description, amenities and/or feature fields are for information relating to that particular property only.

IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use a  property listing advertisement for commercial or company advertising or any other promotional display.

IN reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any property listing at the sole discretion of IN at any time. Any listing that does not adhere to our content policy will be rejected and/or removed at our sole discretion. No refunds will be given. Once information has been listed on the IN site it becomes the property of IN and may not be copied from the IN site or our content partners web sites without written permission. Property owners/advertisers retain the rights to the images they supply to IN.

Rental inquiries placed through this web site utilize Internet email, and as such cannot be considered private, nor that email delivery is 100% reliable. IN does not guarantee that every rental inquiry will be received by the property advertiser, nor that every inquiry, once received, will be responded to by the property advertiser.

Unsolicited commercial email (spam) is strictly prohibited. IN reserves the right to monitor inquiry emails sent via this web site and prior to delivery in an effort to reduce or eliminate spam. IN will be the sole judge in determining if email sent via this web site is spam. If monitored email is judged to be spam, it may be deleted without notice.

PRIVACY. You confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the IN Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable and satisfactory to you. You consent to the use of your personal information by IN, its third-party providers, and/or distributors in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the IN privacy policy. If you are not a resident of the United States, please note that the personal information you submit to the Site will be transferred to the United States and processed by IN so as to provide this Site and its services to you, or for such other purposes (as set forth in the Privacy Policy). IN makes no representation or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of the security measures used for data handling and storage. THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM (1) BREACH OF CONTRACT, (2) BREACH OF WARRANTY, (3) STRICT LIABILITY, (4) TORT, (5) NEGLIGENCE, OR (6) ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS ARE NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR HAVE ANY OTHER DISPUTE OR CLAIM WITH OR AGAINST IN WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE, THEN YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

FURTHER, IN ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE AND/OR DELAY DUE TO RENTER CANCELLATIONS, SHORTAGES, SICKNESS, PILFERAGE, LABOR DISPUTES, MACHINERY BREAKDOWN, QUARANTINE, GOVERNMENT RESTRAINTS, WEATHER OR ANY OTHER CAUSES BEYOND IN’S CONTROL. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY. IN SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER’S BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY; NOR SHALL IN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER WRONGDOING OF A SERVICE PROVIDER (INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY IN TORT), AS TO ANY SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS SITE. IN SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER’S FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, NOR FOR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER’S FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAW.

RELEASE. YOU HEREBY RELEASE, REMISE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE IN AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INFORMATION PROVIDERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS AND LICENSEES, AND ALL OTHER RELATED, ASSOCIATED, OR CONNECTED PERSONS FROM ANY AND ALL MANNER OF RIGHTS, CLAIMS, COMPLAINTS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, LEGAL FEES, COSTS, AND DISBURSEMENTS OF ANY NATURE AND KIND WHATSOEVER AND HOWSOEVER ARISING, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER EXIST, WHICH ARISE FROM, RELATE TO, OR ARE CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE 1542, WHICH SAYS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.” IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF A STATE WITH ANY SIMILAR LIMITATION ON RELEASES AND WAIVERS OF THIRD PARTIES, YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY STATUTE OR COMMON LAW PRINCIPLE OF SIMILAR EFFECT IN THAT STATE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. IN AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND NATURE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO IN OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, AS TO CONFIDENTIALITY OR PRIVACY OF ANY OF USER’S INFORMATION REGISTRATION DATA, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE.
