Great place in a great location. Beach is nice and accessible right below the house. The Tide does affect the beach. House was clean and comfy with tons of sleeping options. Will go back for sure.

t was a great experience. The host met us on time, gave us a brief but thorough rundown of the place and made us feel welcome. The place was as advertised and suited our family reunion well. When looking on the map I had a concern about the busy street only 20 feet from the front door but frankly it was wasted worry as the soothing rhythm of the waves were the dominant sound in the neighborhood. Everything in the place worked well, we had plenty of parking, high marks all around. We would recommend this stay to others.

Great townhouse with an awesome view! My second time on the Malibu coast and we couldn't have picked a better place. The sounds of the ocean are unforgettable. The unit is nicely furnished and makes for a memorable stay. My friends and I loved it. Highly recommended!
Great Thanksgiving stay by Linda 11/25/2015
My family of seven used this beautiful Malibu townhouse for our Thanksgiving vacation and it was fabulous! We loved that it did not feel like a rental but a warm inviting family home. We had five adults and two teenagers in our group. The size of it, I thought, might be small for my group but it happened to work remarkably well with the indoor/outdoor access. The bedroom with two sets of twin beds worked perfectly for my son's four person family which left the queen bedrooms for the rest of us. The bathrooms (3) worked out great with the minor problem with the master bathroom tub/shower faucet. (Which we managed to use but needed repair after our stay.) The kitchen layout was perfect. We had three cooks working in the kitchen on Thanksgiving while the turkey was roasting in the gas oven! And the view from the kitchen and living room (also the master bedroom) was to die for (folding glass wall door windows)! Awesome! We felt like we were staring out our balcony on a cruise ship. Again! awesome!! All the furniture was in fine condition and the beds were quite comfortable. The garage was easier to use then I had expected so that worked out well. We had one stall inside and two parallel outside garage. There was also parking just down the road maybe 50 feet. We would certainly stay in this home again!
