NOTICE OF CANCELLATION – Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE SENT TO:

CANCELLATION POLICY: NO CANCELLATIONS , NO REFUNDS OF RENT OR SHORTENED STAYS will be allowed unless we are able to re-rent the property during the same dates as listed above. Payment , if any, will be made on a prorated basis of rent received only. Refundable Damage Deposit, fees and taxes will be refunded. Once this Contract is signed and initialed, the reservation deposit is non refundable under any circumstances.
