The bonus is the home has a lot of outside space. There are 3 outside decks.The Ocean level deck has a natural gas grill great for barbecues. There is also a private deck with a Jacuzzi in the back of the house and an Ocean view deck on the roof. Included are 2 small parking spaces in the garage, which also has room for storage. The house is equipped with all that you could possibly need for a vacation home with comforters, linens and towels. Fully furnished with modern furniture and new super comfy beds. There are 4 HDTVs with Roku , turbo speed Wireless Internet, and an Xbox 360 with plenty of games and DVD movies. The main kitchen is very large and includes all the cooking utensils and appliances that you may need. There is a second kitchen in the room that is part of the house upstairs. The property has a full size washer and 2 dryers in the garage. Granite Kitchen Counters and cabinets. This is the quintessential big beach house in Mission Beach not a luxury home.

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday with a large group of adults. It fit our group size of 12 (6 couples) perfectly. Location is great, house is nice for a large group with different deck common areas to hang out. Nothing fancy, but close to everything. We rented bikes for the week and there was no need for a car. Would definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed the perfect location! 2 car garage was wonderful! Location to the beach was awesome! Hot tub was delightful after a day at the beach and to top it off Mr. Roberto’s fish tacos were fantastic! Our host had everything a family could need! Play toys, boogie boards, plenty of towels, great kitchen with all the right stuff!

Great space for large groups. The decks and spa make for great outdoor socializing spaces. Just a few steps to the beach and restaurants. We had 12 people comfortably, with their own bed, sleep in the house. You could have more for sure if you shared beds and pulled out all the futons. No hassle!

The main draw to this place is the location. It is very centrally located. It has a nice roof deck for socializing.
The interior is mainly built for sleeping folks - there isn't a ton of "social space" inside. But, it's San Diego, you aren't supposed to be inside.
It was comfortable and worked out great for our stay.

The location of the property is excellent in so many ways - Typically homes at the beach get very warm during the day due to full sun exposure and this home sits on the shady side of the walk, keeping the house cool and making the patio nice for both sun and shade lovers.

The house is a very short walk to the beach and the water can be seen from the front gate. The deck at the very top of the house offers breathtaking views of the sunset, ocean, and sea world fireworks.
The home was ready at the designated check in time and was extremely clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the management helpful and efficient. We were a group of 16 adults and were comfortable our entire stay. We look forward to going back next year.

Outstanding vacation rental on mission beach - ideal for a group

House has tremendous outside space - deck with grill and two-level rooftop patio with a hot tub. Lots of beds for the size of the house. We had 12 people and we all fit easily. Property managers are great and made the check in simple. If you have group and want to stay at the beach, this house offers tremendous value.

This location is excellent for large groups. It is centrally located near numerous activities including the beach, great restaurants, parks, and many locations that rent out bikes, kayaks, surfboards, etc. There is no need to venture far from this house to have fun, however the house is close to public transportation and has a garage for two cars. The garage can be a little tricky to back large vehicles into though, due to how thin the alley is where the garage is located. In addition, the house has a great kitchen, laundry and drier, and a rooftop balcony with a view of the ocean. I would recommend this house to anybody looking to entertain a large group near the beach.
We were very pleased with all the house had to offer our family - lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, walking distance to most everything we wanted to do, tons of beds and rooms, a hot tub, views, and of course the beach was right there - without the hassle of being right on the strand and worrying about the little ones.

If you want a beach house in San Diego for a big group, this is the one. It can fit lots of people comfortably and affordably, it is less than half a block from the beach, and it has a jacuzzi. Also, with a full kitchen and a kitchenette that means two fridges for food and libations - one upstairs right near the deck and spa and one in downstairs. Perfect. And, it has a two car garage that is clutch in this area because otherwise parking is not easy to find in the high season.
The property management company was great. They were super accommodating and helpful. And they usually answered emails quickly and were easy to get on the phone. Our deposit was returned very promptly.
I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or family member. It is especially great for groups with kids, because a family with young children can stay in many of the rooms by themselves. (But its also great for an adult getaway.) For those with older kids, multiple kids can stay in each room because there are lots of futons and plenty of linens are made available. There's also a dishwasher and easy access to the washer and dryer.
Plus, once you get to the beach, you don't even need a car afterwards. The coaster is next door. There are 3 taco shops within a 2 minute walk. There's a little market on the corner, a pizza shop, and a surf shop for renting boards or getting gear. Pacific Beach is a 15-20 minute walk north, where there's a full grocery store, and countless shops, restaurants, and bars.
All in all, this is a great place. Don't keep looking around. If you want to be close to the beach, near bayside, have room for lots of friends and fun, and want a jacuzzi, then this is the one.
